The core idea is to provide two distinct links, one for happy customers 😊 and one for the others ☹.
Click “Yes, I’m very happy!” and go directly to an Amazon review form with 5 stars already selected. Yours might link to Yelp, Google, or other review sites important to your business.
Click “No, I’m not happy” and open a customer service page where the complaint is handled privately, without having a negative review published to the world.
