The complete article is here:
https://theconversation.com/should-i-exercise-during-the-coronavirus-pandemic-experts-explain-the-just-right-exercise-curve-133861

The basics are:

Exercise good
Exhaustion bad

  • Keep moving, at least 30 minutes, three times per week.
  • If you’ve been exercising regularly before, don’t try to get stronger or improve your cardiac capacity right now.
  • If you haven’t been fit, start walking briskly for 25-40 minutes every other day.

Remind employees working from home –and yourself– that:

This Is Not a Snow Day!

#1
Your company sent you home to keep YOU safe.

#2
You must be productive at home to keep your JOB safe.

If you do not continue to get work done despite these circumstances,
there may be no company left to employ you.
